These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Ordered in May 2022 and still have not received my order or a response to my emails. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO!!!!
I placed an order on April 15th and still have nothing, not even a tracking number. I trusted this websites because they had “reviews” on the website. I contacted them numerous times and have yet to receive the refund I asked for ?.
They can do better at pre-order, alot of my cart was pre-order and I didnt realize until I asked where my order was. Whatever, still got my stuff. Cant tell you this was worse than fashion nova or shein though
Total scam! Even after waiting a MONTH for my clothes they look like they are sewn together felt. They have audacity to ask for a $5 restocking fee.
SCAM
I got my clothes (a month later) and am livid...
The products shipped directly from China. They must have an office in LA but no warehouses. The clothes came in and the quality was so bad... The jean jacket I ordered even had a Shein tag on it!!!
In order to return something, I had to send a request. I then had to ship the product myself (they do not offer prepaid labels). They charge a restocking fee of $5 ... per item being returned!
The only good thing I have to say is that the customer support lady is quick to respond and helpful. But it's taken so much effort to get this refund.
Scam for sure! Do NOT order swimwear. I received the most itchy and disproportioned bathing suit and they do not give refunds for swim. When you do request a refund you have to jump through hoops and they have a restocking fee of $5 + you pay for shipping. NOT free returns like advertised.
Never got my order
Absolute scam. They use pictures from the designers they rip off of’’s websites and instagrams. The fake Rat and Boa dress I ordered in a large had sleeves that reached my elbows not full length it was Grinch green not teal. The seams were not straight whatsoever! It made the trail of buttons run sideways across the front of the dress like it was twisted… it was not. Please do not buy from them. They steal from hard working indie designers! Also no returns and month shipping.
I ordered a swimsuit on May 4th and it is now June 13th--not even in transit.

“Company” is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER from It’s Juliet!!!! Wish I saw this forum before I ordered. Waste of money - I literally could’ve made the clothing better myself. I’ve been trying to return the stuff, but I’m not hopeful.
My order was finally "delivered" but to a completely different state. I emailed customer service for a refund, but I don't have much hope. I was hesitant to buy from this place because it seemed too good to be true, guess I was right!
My order took forever to come and the items were absolute trash!! Did not match the pictures at all. Swimsuit was scratchy, cover up was super small and therefore too short, two piece lounge set looked like linen in the photos but in actuality is the cheapest material I've ever seen. Worst part is I couldn't even return - two were ineligible, unbeknownst to me at the time, and then the one that was eligible I could only return if 1) damaged or 2) wrong item was sent. DO NOT BUY!!

Complete scam. My order finally arrived after 6 weeks and it was the cheapest thing I’ve ever bought online. Stay far far away don’t waste your time
I have never recieved my order from this company.
Do not waste your time with this company!! They have turned off their comments on Instagram. I’ve been asking for a tracking number to my order for two weeks and I have gotten nothing!!!! Unprofessional
My order was late but it came and I got what I ordered.
I ordered from them and the company is a complete scam!!! DO NOT ORDER.
If you do a reverse search of the address they have listed, advertisements for virtual office spaces show up at that building, so anyone can pay a monthly fee to use their address so that buyers "take you more seriously" and any mail will be forwarded to the actual address. SCAM!!!
