What is Insnova.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different fashion products tops, dresses, bottoms, outerwears, Christmas outfits and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Insnova as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as BUMPERR LTD: G34 Stokenchurch Business Park Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, HP14 3FE in its “Terms and Conditions” details and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. The problematic sites like Mosfance, Sophiaism, Urkoala, Chanovel, Loradell, Avvvtv, Vevor, Flowerflier, Doraviva, FallIntoStyle, Sheirly, Youturich, Moongor, Climety, Oshoplive, Yankia, Regocy, Blanly, Nobelsia, Charaty, Nicocindy, FashionLulus, Lavasuit, Emmiol, FabMens, Yougoday, Wecomee, Chicmetoday, Noracolea, Fischeras, and so on are using this same company name and address.

# Actually, we have found BUMPERR LTD is linked with lots of other companies that are mentioned by multiple scam sites as their parent company such as ALKMAND ESTATE LTD, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and HONGKONG JIGAO INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. We can say the sites who have mentioned these companies as their parent company are linked with each other and operating by the same team because, in lots of scam sites, you can find they have provided two company names either on their website or on their WHOIS details. The few examples of problematic sites operating by this team are like PicksstarClothmythsAmyblouseWiipop, Chicme, Helochic, Noracora, JustFashionNow, YeahBikinis, ThunderBuy, Roselinlin, CooliCool, FastShipTool, TopeStore, BlongDays, HolaTrends, PearlFeet, KusouBuy, BulkggDeals, AllNowTrendy, ModiTown, Chicboho, Kurro, SuperTime, and so on. And, even there is no guarantee that these all sites belong to those mentioned companies because these sites have only provided the screenshots of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on their websites. So, maybe these scam sites are misusing the name of other’s companies.

# Companies operating under BUMPERR LTD have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise on their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

# Likewise it has mentioned the website name of some other website on its Terms and Conditions etc. pages i.e. Losswe but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

# It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

# It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased.  It even makes its customers responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item which are non refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Insnova is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

What a crock of a company! Products purchased were unacceptable and arrived with no invoice and/or return instructions. Their email instructions to return are unrealistic, require returning products to some obscure address in China that, after 4 weeks of being 'on hold' still have not been delivered. Therefore, still waiting for the miniscule refund I expect. Plus, incoming phone and email scams have increased since I contacted them thinking they were legit. Lesson learned, beware of buying from these companies.

I ordered 2 months ago and nothing has arrived. I have sent 3 emails with no replies. The tracking number leads to site that ‘no longer exists’. SCAMMERS

I PLACED AN ORDER OF $79.90 ON JUNE17 ,2021.I BELIEVE I'M A VICTIM TOO,CAUSE EVERY TIME I TRY TO WATCH THE SHIPPING PROGRESS OF MY ORDER, GOOGLE INFORMS ME THAT THIS SHOP IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.THEY CANNOT FIND THEIR WEBSITE, ALTHOUGH INSNOVA IS STILL APPEARING IN PINTEREST.

On May 20, 2021 I purchased several tops (Canadian order) and it said they would be here in 20 days. It is now June 20th. I emailed them and complained and also asked if their products were made in China and they did return my email saying they would get back to me in 72 hours and no answer to my question of whether the products were made in China. sThere is no phone number to contact and as their add leads you to believe and no address. Now I am concerned I won't receive my purchases and if a miracle should happen will the (small size) fit?

I just received a blouse I'd ordered. The fabric and stitching look good but the floral print is like a picture of a painting thats been copied 20 times in low resolution, then blown up. Cheap. The "lapel" is about and inch in width.. nothing like the photo's. And I ordered mine with the purple base color, the one I got is blue. I wouldn't suggest this site and won't order from them again.

Company is china based and a scam. To get a refund form they want to put it on your computer and it involves giving them the ok to download on your hard drive. Beware of these foreign fraudsters. The photos in their ads do not resemble the true product you receive. Cyber liars.

I, too, have been victim of Insnova’s return policy, sizing problems, and poor quality of fabric. They pull a person in by the beautiful pictures, but do not be fooled by this China company. Do not waste your money!

  8. Thank you for this review. I had already made a decision to not buy from this site after seeing an ad on pinterest. My main suspicion was that the clothes were manufactured in China. Now, I know that I was correct.

I mistakenly thought that this company was US based - the very opposite was true. They operate from China - and they are a scam company. I ordered in January 2021 and just received ONE item from my order on March 21, 2021. In between were several emails between me and this communist company. They kept saying most items were no longer in stock - would I please accept the one item they did have and get a refund for the rest? I agreed but NEVER received a refund. About the item received? It is the POOREST QUALITY item I've ever seen. And it is so small that I doubt my 11 year-old granddaughter could wear it. I just chucked this loss of money to "lesson learned" and will never shop from here again. Save your money, save your time, and save your sanity....DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Don’t buy from this company. As the other person mentioned, the products are terrible and not as described. The return policy is also not as described. It takes forever for a response and they are trying to talk me into keeping the poor merchandise for a 15 percent refund. Terrible!

I have searched their website and can't find a phone number or address or and return policy. I won't buy from a company with no contract information.

  13. I placed an order in Jan 2021. Co said it shipped from CA. immediately. It was weeks that it sat in warehouse. When I got it, it was nothing like the photo, the material, the 2XL was a Small US size. Refund policy is a lie. I got part- English email from China stating my $15.00 shipping fir the $24.00 shirt was non refundable. I had to pay shipping back to CHINA, not CA., I could not get full refund as they kept large portion for something like a restock fee? So I’d end up paying more to return the junk than keep it.
This Company is a scam. They steal your money & send you nothing like what’s pictured. Don’t buy from them!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never received an invoice or tracking info. They deleted my account from their website. Repeated emails to so called customer service do not get any help. Total fraudulent company> With so many similar complaints I don't know how they are allowed to continue online. Should be illegal.
