I ordered the fountain for $19.95. And was ordering the cones for $19.95. Somehow I was charged $69.95 for 300 cones. I was only ordering 100. I tried to contact them with no response. Altogether I was charged over $98. It says shipped from the USA, but I got an email with tracking number and it said coming from China. It does not work like it says it does. The cones barely last 1 minute.
I ordered mine and it came on time, packed well, with 100 cones as advertised! I absolutely LOVE it! ? I will definitely be ordering more cones!
They charged me more than the promotion price & offered a gift card to purchase more items in exchange for refunding my money. I said no so they offered a free product. I also declined. I just want my money back & don't want their products at all. This company is sketchy.
This is a bate and switch scam site. And.instead of trying to rectify your issue they keep upping their antics. They items showed up as 2 separate transactions whereby the extra cones cost more the TWO burners! When I asked to have the extra items removed immediately after noticing the extra charge [literally moments after placing my order] they hit me with this length PREPARED/CANNED response.which further hints that they are used to customers complai about their antics. Don't fo business with dishonest merchants. Here is their lengthy response after asking to remove/cancel the extra cones.

I just got this hot steaming pile of garbage. The incense come smell like newspaper burning. Burns for above 3 minutes and done. Had to spray my room with air freshener. Don't waste your time or money.
I recently received my incense waterfall and cones. Well, what the hype is about this product I have no idea. The waterfall is lovely but the cones are just bits of wood, coloured and certainly not infused with essential oils. I burnt three in the space of twenty minutes and to be honest I wish I had not. They have made my house smell like a campfire and dirty ashtrays. There are no essential oils at all. The wood burns so quickly it’s a joke. I regularly burn Indian incense in my home and it smells amazing and the sticks last for ages. I would be good if someone jumped on the bandwagon and made real cones for clients who have bought these waterfalls. I bought mine from Instagram at theinscentswaterfall.com

I jumped on an Instagram promo and before I knew it they had added 200 more cones for $40 more without my even knowing. I'm just going to cut my losses and not try for a refund.
I received my incense burners today and am very pleased.It didn’t take to long to get them and I tried the apple scent first and it smells great.I am a very pleased customer.

I ordered an incense burner from them with a 100 cone variety pack. It came just as I ordered it, no problems!!
The incense do come with the package but they are old and stale. You get one pack with about 5 and then the pack with 100. They do not smell good and the smoke does not go up through the hole as the picture shows. It comes out the hole in the bottom. Also, once you light the cone you need tweezers to set it inside of the device. This was a total waste of money and I wouldn't waste my time.
I never received my package, 2 months down the line and still waiting. After many weeks of back and forth with “customer services” been told it needs to be returned before they can refund as its already been dispatched. How on earth can I return a package that is never going to be received. They are definitely a bogus company as any legit company would have had the common decency to refund as they can see via their courier companies it’s never been received. Do not spend your money with these fraudsters
The incense do not come with the package they want you to spend more money you get a small packet with your purchase and after the purchase they say wait you dont have the right incense and then it's offered to you for a price I can honestly tell you the smell of those incense are not heavenly doesn't smell real good mostly gives off a burnt smell you may do better using your own favorite insense
