Scam, scam...Fake tracking numbers....shows delivered to completely different addresses.
Do not buy anything from them and other similarly designed web pages even thought the prices are sooo attractive....dont be fooled.
I too ordered from these thieves and got a stupid tacky kids bag instead. I used a one use virtual disposable credit card from Revolut for online shopping so there’s no risk of them having any further access to my funds. It’s not a lot so I’ve written it off.
My husband was scammed by Ileana back in February 2023. He too ordered the big screen tv and a fake tracking number! They told him to check with the post office that it shows it was delivered, well I am a stay at home mom I would have known if it was delivered! He hasn’t been able to get his money back either. We never received anything back not even a hat, earmuffs, scarf or ring lol! I hope these people get stopped!
I ordered a 4K wifi android tv and got a handbag.
AliExpress, Ebay, Banggood, etc. are all legit and send what you order.

Hello again. After posting my review above, I had an almost immediate email from the store, offering me another product or refund, saying that the item had "gone missing" in the mail. After many emails back and forth they refuse to give me a full refund and are only offering 75% of the amount I paid. This company really is fraudulent. It's obvious that the item was never sent and it seems to be a regular policy to keep cash flowing in and giving little or nothing in refund. DO NOT USE THE ADS SEEN ON PINTEREST. Incidentally, Pinterest disclaim all responsibility and refuse to do anything. I intend to post bad reviews all over social media on this one.
I purchased an item from Ileana on 26 February 2023. The site would not accept my Paypal or credit card details and I very stupidly paid out of my French bank account by Carte Bleue, which has no safeguards or reimbursements on it. I am now out of pocket €46.67 and can find no way of getting a refund from Ileana, as it says it has no outstanding orders for me. I contacted Pinterest last night as the advert was on their site but they replied that it was nothing to do with them and I must contact Ileana, which so far I've failed to do. Do I just have to write this amount off or is there some way of getting it back? It's just straight theft, from what I can see. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
I contacted after buying the TV from them and I recieved a hat and the reported them to the credit card company and dispute the charges
Purchased a tire jack and they sent a cheap toque (hat). Their customer service said I could give ithe toque away and they’d reimburse 40% of the item. Toque worth $2 and they want me pay $30! This is a fraudulent company. Pinterest should be held responsible for who advertises on their site. Lesson…don’t make any purchase through Pinterest or at least do a search on the company before completing the transaction.
Yea, they sell the same "Laser" welder, that I brought by then Jacobss....paid ca $40 but finally received a scarf.....!!! Totally misleading advertising. I thought Pinterest is a genuine decent website, but they do not seem to screen their advertisers, as the same comes up again and again in under a different name. Big scam!!!!
I ordered 120 inch TV sad and pay the $48. I waited almost 2 months and receive nothing I went to the local post office and they told me that the tracking number was not real and that the website was probably a fraud. I just disputed it on my credit card and got my money back. Good luck

I bought a flat tv just as a test to see if it really is a scam! Seems it is! Now I’ll write to them with details and a warning that I’ll take this much further if I do not get a full refund! I’ll go through trading standards! I’ll stay on their backs as long as it takes! Scam me would you?????
Major scam! My husband ordered the three screens for his laptop and we got earmuffs.
I just got stung by these guys. They are on Pinterest under different names they keep changing. Hazell.store and Ileana.store and today Goddard.store. I bought a large flatscreen TV seeing their great ad that seems very real, got great tracking info,. What was delivered was a stupid little 25 cent finger ring. NOW THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PINTEREST SEEM TO DO NOTHING. DON'T BUY FROM ANY CHINESE SITE AND DO NOYT BUY WITH PINTEREST ADS.
