I ordered from this website over a week ago and I haven't gotten any updates on my order. No shipping date, no estimations, nothing. I contacted their customer service which they replied quickly but EXTREMELY unprofessionally. They responded with lots of emojis and called me "Angel". Then they told me they needed a 15% processing fee because my order was made over 24 hours ago. It's really a waste of money and part of my finance I'll never get back.

I love ikoomoo's customer service, they are really great, my package was put elsewhere by the courier, and they have been helping me contact and find the package. I think ikoomoo is trustworthy and their attitude is great!
Whoever Ikoomoo is, They're stealing from other stores and passing it off as their own. Uncredited (probably knock off) Bobon21 pieces are on there.
The same month that I ordered from Ikoomoo is the month that my debit card had fraud activity. Coincidence? I don't think so. Also items couldn't be tracked for weeks on end and products were cheaply made.
i ordered 2 things off the website and only 1 of them have arrived, it says on the tracker that the packages arrived at my doorstep but the other package is missing. i’m suspicious and i really want my money back if they scammed me.
The website suspicious to me. I contacted the company, because it’s been a week my items haven’t been shipped. I got a reply email, and they called me “babe” and “thank you for your love and support” . I replied and let them know that they were unprofessional and scam to me. I demanded to cancel my order or I’ll contact the PayPal to take the money back. They emailed me on a Saturday and told me wait until the next week to track the items. The tracking website seemed suspicious to me. I guess I have to wait until to track the item.
