You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. However we even found that this company name is used by several other sites like Gymshly, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust this website for the online shopping.
It has provided the fake social media icons at the bottom of its website since those icons leads to home page of respective social media pages when you click on them instead of sending you to the specific social media group or pages related to its business.

I was a victim of Chinese thieves a few weeks ago but PayPal got my money back in one call. I will not order from China again, there are several reputable sites and companies in the US that are legit, and can get your order to you in a week or so, and will respond to you quickly. I have used Holystone but there are more out there.
It is a scam. I ordered a 332 drone after about 6 weeks I got a drone that was not what i ordered it is a Pos Scam Scam

A travez de mi cuenta con Pay Pal , el dia 21 de febrero, no me ha llegado, note que tengo un herror en la dirrecion de mi correo y he tratado de comunicarme con Humonan pero no devuelven mensajes no tienen telefono para comunicarse con ellos.. si tienen alguna manera de ayudarme por favor les agredecere...
Debe abrir una disputa a través de su cuenta de PayPal y debe comunicarse con el equipo de soporte de PayPal y pedirles que lo ayuden con un reembolso.

ordered a drone but when I received the product it it is different from what they show on Facebook ad... its cheap and much smaller in a cheap flimsy case not lie shown in the ad at all... ita scam simple and no paper work to return asking for credit... its a scam... out of China...

So i have just found this site regarding humonam.
Here is my story to back up what i believe is a scam.
I am interested in DRONES and there are several offered for sale on FACEBOOK. I purchased a drone from humonam along with 3 batteries total cost after their discount was $107 US or translated to British pounds £84. I used my credit card without the card suspecting any security problems. I received a receipt and it included an email address in case of contact.
I used that contack address. It was UNDELIVERABLE by google mail and has been declined every time sent. I investigated to find an address in LONDON UK. I wrote a recorded delivery letter, NO RESPONSE. The tracking number came back in Chinese (Unreadable by me). I eventually found a web site for humonam and the tracking code worked from this website. It stated the package was being sent from CHINA. Through HongKong.
The package finally arrived several days later with the customs declaration stating it was a DOLL in two parts. A TOTALLY faulse claim to customs and excise.
The return address states SF Internayional in Northampton. I found a telephone bnumber for SF International and phoned them to be told they receive numerous calls but they are not connected to humonam. So there is no way in which to claim a refund or return the itams to get that refund.
The original product claims to include a FISHING line DROP mechanism. IT DOESN'T!
All in all I want my money back and apparently the only way to do this is possibly through your credit card which is my next step.
