I was just about to order one of those mini excavators. I knew something was funny about the price. There’s no item number. There’s a Walmart logo, but I went there (knowing its not in stores but online), they don’t recognize it as on of their products. Googled the address at bottom, it’s a house, not a factory. Facebook market place has lost me. I ordered one of those Amazon surprise boxes. I’m still waiting for the tracking number. AAWW man.

Scammers have opened various bogus and fraudulent web stores that have (stolen and) are using my personal Yahoo email address on their CONTACT page. They’re most likely from China and these fraudulent web stores go by the following names – fantasticstores.shop (the most notorious) , cozy-zone.shop, glorious-days.shop, ham-burger.shop, plantsmuseum.shop, sincerley-friends.shop and most recently, fried-chickens.shop. All these web stores have my personal Yahoo email on their CONTACT page. Since April I have been getting bombarded with emails of the Scam victims with complaints about the purchases that they will never receive or some kind of trinket as an insult to injury to the buyer. These scammers need to be stopped.

I just purchased a Excavators on Friday it is thru HH international trade, after seeing the reviews from all of you I called my credit card company and tried to cancel the pending sale, they said it would have to go thru and that I would need to try and contact the seller several times before they would do anything, so I will let you all know what I actually receive if anything, if anything at all, they claim that I will receive it in 7 to 10 days.

Anytime you question if something is too good to be true usually is. But FYI for those still hoping it’s true and buy something like this ALWAYS USE PAYPAL. They don’t give the seller any of your card numbers and they will refund your purchase. I fell for a mini snow remover and a 11×15 shed for unbelievable price of 180 for both. I waited at least 6 weeks for delivery and did.not recieve anything. PayPal refunded my money in less than a week after I contacted them. Once burnt twice shy. But learned a lesson!!
Order a mini on line. Arrived today! It fits on any size finger and is certain to turn it green! I have just filed the complaint and refund request with PAY PAL! Always have a backup plan, PAY PAL is mine! Have to say, it was a fun six weeks wondering just what I would actually receive !

Unfortunately I was also scammed by an ad for a mini excavator as well as an electric scooter. The ad appeared in a free game I downloaded from Google Play store. Do dont trust them either! Its impossible to speak with a human, and all instructions I’ve found online about obtaining refunds from Google play store are referring to downloaded products, where they only allow 48 hours to request a refund.

I got duped for one of the mini excavators on a .myshopify store. I have contacted Shopify and they claim they cannot reveal and seller info due to “privacy clauses” in their merchant contracts. When i began discussing holding them liable as a “host site” I got some quick response and help toward getting my refund. These site ask for you to pay througg paypal, or if you use a credit card it sends a paypal receipt. However, after placing an order and getting your “receipts” you cant find the “store” after about 3 or 4 days. I went to great lengths to get “store info ” and sent it to shopify. Apparently they must be getting kikcbacks from some of the scammers, since they continue to avoid the fact they are the “host” and claim to be just like a “mall” or platform for small merchants.

If it looks too good to be true……
Unfortunately, I fell for it. I paid for it through PayPal. I figured PayPal wouldn’t be involved with scams. I was wrong .it took about a month to get it, but what I got was a cheap set earring with same tracking number. Paypal gave instructions on how to send it back to get a full refund. Paypal says they will get my money back when the shipper gets the earrings back. It’s been over 2 months and still waiting for the refund of 101.00. Paypal doesn’t seem to honor their guarantee offer. I won’t buy anything through PayPal again. They said they would pay me back, but keep giving excuses.

Metagogicame.com; is the site that hooked me. I tried before I bought to find out if it was a legit site; the info I got was that it was potentially safe; it was not blacklisted. The article I read said that the HTTPS connection was valid. The hosting provider is AS16509 Amazon.com, Inc. So of course when I seen that Amazon was involved I just knew it was legit. Also, We have seen these mini excavators all over the place. I made the purchase on 11/08; of course the web page is gone. According to the shipping & delivery schedule it would take appx 41 days for delivery; which is appx from now to appx Christmas. I doubt that my CC company can do anything about it since it has been over 30 days. Is there any other recourse to possibly get my money back.
