I ordered a product on January 29 and then got a shipping email on 2 February with a tracking number. Last week i tried to email them but it bounced back. Absolutely gutted as have spent over $40. If the product actually arrives I will let you know. Sad thing is I did see comments on Facebook to check out other reviews so thought it was okay to order ?
Yes I also ordered products from them a month ago via an advert on Facebook for their products and shop. They no longer have a FB account and all emails from me to them bounce back. I was sent 2 tracking numbers from China post 3 weeks ago via shopify app which processed the payment and still those tracking numbers say ‘not scanned yet’ 3 weeks later
Do NOT buy anything from them! They have a website but contact email is the same one I had that bounces back and no other way to contact them. Yet several times a week I still receive emails advertising their products they are selling from that same email address again
Seems obvious it is either a total scam or they are completely useless and disorganised so save your money for a better company
I will update IF I actually get my products but it seems extremely unlikely especially not even being able to contact them! Useless or scam result is the same
I ordered a product from HomelyGusto. I have been trying to contact them for a couple days to see where my product is but the support address isn't responding. It sends my message back to me. Please help me . I don't want to believe I was scammed but think I have been.
I brought earings of them at Christmas time dec 22, I got an email saying they where packing the order and every day I send them an email and few a note saying it can't be delivered, ripped of by 90.00. First time buying on line., Raewyn from New Zealand
Yep I've been done by them. I paid my money over & then have been trying this past 6 weeks to get them to respond on their customer support mail.
