I ordered an indoor playset also in July its now November and no product the tracking number made it to Sydney then they expired ot cause it sat dormant for so long . my emails most of the time bounce back and when I do get through it's just a generic email. very frustrated and upset as it was a 1st bday present for my granddaughter
I ordered the Indoor Mini Playground on the 06/06/2021 it is now (16 weeks) and still nothing.
My complaint e-mails sent to their customer care services e-mail address are not being responded to.
I don't know where or when I will get the order or if I will ever receive it.
Really bad customer service, there's no contact no. only a customer care mail address which does not work.
