So let’s start with the Helloelles review:

Helloelles is an online shopping fashion store that is selling tops, dresses, lows, combinations, sheos accessories and several other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about Helloelles before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Helloelles as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# First of all, the company address of Helloelles has not been provided in their “About us” or “Contact us” details. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Privacy Policy” details, you can find that Helloelles have mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Lots of details provided on the Helloelles website match with the scam sites having parent company’s name: BTREE Limited. Actually, let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Sumerchic, Zicofashion, Myoungg, Lioray, Linenlooks, GymyStar, Celinelifee, Coolkatty, Zolucky, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, Mizlan, Vanlov, NGStore, Noracora, HeyCheers, Osinskistore, JacobiWorld, AbernathyAbernathy, Schowalterschowalter and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Helloelles for any kind of online shopping.

# Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

# Helloelles have Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all original labels and all the items in the packaging are to be intact to be eligible for the return and exchange. Companies operating under BTREE Limited even make customers pay for the return shipping cost showing multiple reasons which is non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

# Most of the images of the products are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, lots of content provided by Helloelles are also not the original one but copied from the other similar type of sites. Not only that but the website theme also looks untidy and matches with many other problematic sites.

# Helloelles is offering unreasonable discount and sale offers on the lots of products they sell which seems unrealistic. We have found that this kind of strategy is used by suspicious and scam sites to attract people in their website.

# The payment gateway icons like AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, JCB, VISA, Paypal etc. placed at the bottom of the website are not clickable and hence are placed only to look like a genuine site.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Helloelles and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Helloelles is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about Helloelles to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. 1. Confirmed after auditing as a hired mystery shopper: They infringe consumer rights & do not comply with EU consumer laws. In addition, several orders never arrived.

I strongly advise to stay away from this company.
