Zolucky complaints Zolucky fake or real Zolucky legit or fraud

What is Zolucky.com?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

# Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, ChilmiaMomoslife, Mizlan, Vanlov, NGStore, Noracora, HeyCheers, Osinskistore, JacobiWorld, AbernathyAbernathy, Schowalterschowalter and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

# Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

# It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

# The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

# It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

# We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Buyer beware if you order anything from the company Zolucky. This company is dishonest and should be put out of business. I placed an order with Zolucky for $127.97 on 12/18/2021. When I received my order, not one item was as pictured or described. The 2 piece lounge outfit was way too small and I ordered based on their size chart. The size 8 shoes fit more like a size 6. One shirt I received I didn’t recognize at all. Finally I realized it was supposed to be the cute embroidered sweater I thought I ordered. Instead it was a cheap nylon printed top. The tunic top I ordered fit more like a maxi dress. I also received and was charged for 2 of these, when I only ordered 1.

I immediately contacted the company to report that I wanted to return my items for a refund. Zolucky tried to offer me a 15% refund and said I could keep the items. When I refused, they said I had to return the items at my expense to China even though my package from Zolucky listed the return warehouse in NY. I immediately mailed the Zolucky package to China at my expense of $77.25. Unfortunately, 10 days later I noted my package was stuck at the China boarder. The China boarder was closed due to COVID-19 and this scam of a company knew it. My package sat at the China boarder for months and then was returned back to me mid November 2022. To make things worse PayPal did nothing to help me fight this unethical company. I tried to file a claim through BBB, but Zolucky would not answer the claim. Since Zolucky is not a member of the BB they couldn’t make Zolucky respond. Once again, Buyer Beware…Stay away from Zolucky.

at first glance the clothes seemed cute, good quality, reasonably priced clothes. it's comes at a price however. don't expect anything for up to a month and don't expect your item to look like what you ordered. the color mighty be way off. material looks completely different and definitely cheap. you get what you pay for. oh, and by the time it ships your item will probably be our of stock and you'll be asked if you want to do an exchange for a different item, and this is after you've already waited a month for your stuff to come. only being ?%, only full disclosure here!

  2. Yep, scam. I fell for it too.

If this is such a bad site, why are you literally advertising for them on here? Don’t you see the hypocrisy of this? While I appreciate your site, this is stupidity.
