I ordered in January and after several emails and promises, I asked to cancel and refund my money. They emailed saying it had been cancelled and give up to 30 days for my refund. After waiting over a month for my refund, they then stopped responding to any of my emails. It has been 7 months since I placed the original.
I placed an order January 5, 2023 and so far no response at all. I contacted the company via email and was told order is in process. 5 months later no items or the requested refund. Definitely a scam.
I ordered in January and here it is May! I have emailed back and forth with them giving many excuses and asking me to be patient. I finally demanded a refund. They assured me twice that they were refunding my money. I have yet to receive it. Who do I contact to report them? How do I get my money back?
You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

I didn't receive any items that I ordered on 21 of january, I recieved the last 25 January a SMS by fhon number 3501573679 ; but when I'm trying to open the site, I read: Warning: THIS URL HAS BEENBLOCKED BY BITLY'S SYSTEMS AS POTENTIALLY HARMFUL.
I have purchased an item from these people or 12 dresses and I got a message from UPS to go to a UPS location they confirmed it was there but they sent it back to the original location. Problem is I've called ups with tracking numbers and they don't seem to know anything about it. That's been a signature. But trying to contact them it's been fruitless. The company will not email me back. This is been since January 6th I'm stupidly enough ordered more items. This was before the delivery of my first order should have known better. So are they legit or are they not legit I have to find my parcel to figure that out.
I ordered over £60 from heeawr.If they are a scam,how do I get my money back if I can't text them,or have any details of how to reach them.Never got a receipt from them neither!Have I been scammed???
