They absolutely are a scam!!! My first time ever ordering outside of the United States so I really didn't know much about researching company's. They got my money and now no way to get ahold of them. Every email address that I have found for them does not work. I absolutely don't want to ever shop online like that again. Why does Facebook marketplace not ban these companies? I'm so mad at myself and really disgusted by thieves.
