Unfortunately for us these online consumers keep changing the name of the company and still sell the same products. RLya is the same company with the same address.

Same. Have been trying to return items since receipt. Want me to return to Dubai. Hey wait a minute, they were supposed to have been made and shipped from South Carolina?! Total scam. Material looks and feels like cheap table cloth or art table covering. Garbage.

Agree, the clothing looks good and attractive on the website. Upon arrival, it is a piece of junk. The material is flimsy and of very poor quality. I would not pay CD$5.00 much less USD60.98. I am definitely taking them to the MEDIA!

I purchased a dress from them that cannot fit; the size is way too small. In trying to return the dress for which I paid USD 60.98/CD 83.00 they offered me a refund of USD 9.00 which I rejected then it went to USD 20.00 the last correspondence they offered is $USD 37.00. I keep refusing the offers. Who in their right mind would pay the full price for something and get less back? UNBELIEVABLE!! Then they told me I can mail the dress to No. 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai - UAE + 852 81990571 and once it arrived they would refund me the full amount. I lived in Canada to mail the dress would cost me almost the same amount that I paid for the dress USD 60.00. I am taking this FRAUD business to the sources. The package I received has a Canadian address why in heavens I must mail it to DUBAI?

Purchased two dresses from a Facebook ad "tailored for mature women". Deuyo .com, although there are many different names. Website claims that their products are made in the USA, but are made in China. Refund policy only accounts for product defects, not size problems or quality dissatisfaction. Because of the false claim of made in USA, I filed a complaint with the FTC, and am using the dispute process with my bank. I did manage to get them to offer a refund, but only if I sent everything back at my own expense to the Dubai address above. Note that the phone number is for a Hong Kong number, probably a cell phone. Next time I will stick with verified companies with actual retail stores in the US. Poor quality, poor customer service, and false information on their website.

Never never ever order from these people I cannot get my merchandise returned they keep saying do this do that maybe I'll get my money back or an authorization number in 48 hours and please send me your email address which you have sent 50 times but no return money this is a scam

I bought 3 items. They showed up within 3 weeks, are very good quality, fit true to size. That was 2 months ago and no suspicious activity on my cc.
I order 2 dresses and they are horrible very poor quality and it's very hard to get hold of them I just received them, the pictures in their advertising it's all a lie be aware.

i purchased a jumper in March but have not received it.
I just purchased 3 items for about $100 and i see not return policy listed. I have emailed and not received a response as how to return. The cloths are very poor quality? They look wonderful in the photos. However, the images do not accurately depict the quality. Do not be taken in as I was.
