I purchased three products from Greeups in January 2021 and received them in the middle of March. One item is close to the item advertised. Two items are massively different. Their customer service offered 30% refund on one of the two items with the suggestion that they look nice and are popular with lots of people and that I could keep them. I have asked for a 100% refund and am waiting for a response.
