Purchaced a guitar from an online "Guitar centre", trading through the website "charmingdf.com". No email to confirm order and provide tracking info as promised and no delivery either. Forunately I paid through my debit card and not Paypal as requested. I will have a refund from my bank and also have them issue a new card and block the old one.
How are these people able to continue these types of scam under an 'umbrella' website such as charmingdf.com? Surely these must be someone who can investigate this company and have them shut down? They are still trading today, as I write this and I am so angry.
