This company is complete I ordered a fall wreath with white pumpkins. The company provided several photos of the wreath that made the size and quality appear great. I did not get what I ordered. I got a cheap plastic wreath made with spring colors and mini Styrofoam pumpkins. I ordered the wreath on Oct. 13, 2021. It did not arrive until after Thanksgiving. The company does not provide individualized tracking per item, so I could not accurately track the order. Once I received the wreath it was obvious I did not get what was advertised. When I requested a refund I provided pictures of what I ordered compared to what I got. The company offered me a $5 refund. I argued with them back and forth via email requesting a full refund each time. They offered a $10 refund, which I rejected. Then they offered a $15 refund. I did not want to accept this refund as the company GraceyCo falsely advertised the product they are selling. I would have never purchased the cheap ugly plastic wreath I got. The company will not give you a full refund after they fraudulently sell you a different item then advertised. Trust the reviews when you read them, DO NOT buy anything from them you will not be satisfied.
This company is bad. I ordered a santa clause table however did not look at the measurements. I had seen the identical Santa clause table on various sites at a huge mark up. I check the measurement it was 18" TALL by 20'' WIDE no problem. When i received the table it was 6'' tall. This was very misleading, i hope by ripping people off, someone will sue them !!!!!!!!!!!
Do not buy from graceyco.com We waited forever and when we received our windmill it was very small and seemed to have missing pieces. No direction. Sent pictures of what we received but no answer back
