I had ordered and payed K-swiss tennisshoes, but I received sunglasses. The company replayed that the tennisshoes were I out of stock. So I asked if they could send me an other pair of shoes. Then I received this email with a cheap excuse!
Now I agree with a 30% refund, because I don't belief that they would pay me the full refund wenn I send the sunglasses back.
