Absolute this company, Refuses to refund my money. I fell for the gaming chair scam. They sent some hat, then they couldn’t refund my money until February due to the spring festival (China) and said the poor worker will lose his job and will have no money to support his family. Too freaking bad! Refund my money!!!! Is there a way to make them refund it? Or is the $50 just gone

In search for a gaming chair on Facebook, the AD for Functionaly Store came up. I have found many discrepancies that I have a problem with. First being that you ship from Ottawa Ontario, Canada. How? Secondly, it states that the mailing address is in the UK. Thirdly, it states that governing laws are in accordance with the laws of the UK.
So what’s true?
Sent pics from their website that say
“Ships from Ottawa Ontario, Canada”
“…governing law is in accordance with the laws of the UK”
And
Their posted contact address is London, UK.
