I RECIEVED MY PACKAGE 20 DAYS LATER AND INSTEAD OF THE SHOES I ORDERED I GOT A CHEAP AND NASTY STAINLESS STEEL NECKLACE. I CONTACTED THEIR CS TEAM AND THEY CLAIM THEY CANNOT ISSUE A FULL REFUND WITHOUT THE ITEM RETURNED. NEVER PURCHASING FROM OS SELLERS AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED.
I seem to have been scammed by this website. I placed an order just before Christmas and have yet to receive. I should have realised when I tried to pay by PayPal and it would not let me that something may be wrong but still paid by card as the prices were too good to be true. Unfortunately, that is the case. Too good to be real!!!
When I try to track my order through their website, it does nothing.
Have learnt my lesson the hard way I'm afraid.
