What is FiveCotton.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling fashion and clothing products like tops, casual dresses, swimwear, underwear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified FiveCotton as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on the website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling almost all the products on a very discounted prices that seems too true to get from any legit sites.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I ordered 2 dresses. They didn't fit right. I tried getting a return authorization with no luck. Sent them back but have never received a refund. I have a USPS receipt to show they received the return. I heard from them once saying that they would handle it. RIGHT!

  2. Ordered a couple dresses, but didn't receive until 2 mos later. They don't fit, or look as advertised. I need to return for a full refund, but do not receive any reply from them on their website, so figure I'm out my money.

  3. Everything about this "company" -- FiveCotton -- and its offerings is entirely FAKE. For starters, although the dress I ordered (and finally received after quite a wait) contains NO COTTON, the Facebook ad boasts that it is ALL cotton. Instead, it is of some flimsy polyester-like material. The photo shows what appears to be a thick cotton material, bordering on velour. Also unlike the false representation, it is shapeless. The photo shows a flowing dress that's beautifully cut! I have a very good figure, but this rag looks much like a shower curtain and would look good on NO ONE! Finally, rather than the dreamy moss green color shown in the ad, the dress is an ugly metallic blue. All negative reviews are immediately removed, leaving several brief five-star "reviews" which are clearly written by the same in-house author. They consist of one or two disingenuous lines, some extolling -- of all things! -- the QUALITY of the fabric! Meanwhile, I am out FORTY DOLLARS!
Please shut down these scammers as soon as you can!

  4. They are counterfeiters. I got my money back from PayPal, but only because the seller didn't respond to PP inquiry. They eventually sent an order, not what I ordered, on a cheap polyester material. It looked silk-screened instead of a woven cotton which was advertised. In FL, you need natural fibers. Polyester will kill you down here. You'd get better quality from a dollar store.
