Same Here it's a scam. They asked me to wait for my package, I gave them an extra week. Told them to return my money. They sent a young adult girl walking to my house and drop of a package and stopped the girl, she said she was delivering a package. It was from Fashiontalbot they told me it was a christmas gift, told them I didn't won't the ugly ring to refund my money. Nearly 3 month later still no full refund, they did refund 9.00 and something. I've reported them to two big companies. I've also learned the website is down but if you go to the email they sent you with the website it will take you to their new websites. Feel that is how the companies will catch them. I did give them a chance before reporting them. I provided all sort info to report this company.

ordered in Oct 18 22 , never got my order , or email nothing. but they got my money that same day.

Sent out numerous emails to them about my order not arriving , I now have 2 rings which I didn’t order and their reply “the rings are to prove who I am and where I live lol.”
Why not just send the order I wanted? I received another ring same as the others this morning.
Definitely a scam and I’m feel a fool and angry.

Long story short, I happened to check my mailbox on Nov 28th, there was a package. Opened it, it was a cheap adjustable ring, on the 30th checked mailbox another ring just like the other one. So yeah they are scammers!! I wish it was a way to file charges against them. I am mad I fell into their trap.

Ordered a month ago, haven’t received merchandise!

Their tracking showed 25th Nov its delivered but never get it today 1st Dec , called Usps ( the tracking showed via Usps.) Usps not recognized the tracking # , email 3 X fashiontalbots with the address they provided never get response. Totally a scam ghost company. So mad with myself ..

Placed order delivered a cheap costume ring got InTouch you received your order .nope showed packaging .they are full of it .offered 60 percent money back as a appolgy don't think that's going to happen.lucky for me my bank refunded me
Was given a tracking number to follow and the merchandise was supposed to be delivered. Nope. Didn't happen. Fortunately, it wasn't a lot of money, but that's not the point. I wish Facebook would screen whose advertisements they list.
Mine was supposed to be delivered November 21st,, lol this is sad Facebook allows this I think they have to be getting part of are money and if enough people get together on this, maybe something could be done to where we can sue. I never received my packages! They say it was delivered. On 11/20/22 it supposedly left Californian and it was delivered to Texas and left on my doorstep the very next day….That would be absolutely impossible! Must be a scam!

i am out $42 and would like to know how to get my money back. they said they shipped my package, but i never received it. i do believe i fell right into this scam and i am furious, for being so dumb. If it sounds too good to be true, especially prices, it is a scam!!!!
I was just told the same thing. It definitely was not delivered. Fortunately I paid with a cc so will be contacting them. This place is a straight up scam. I do not recommend.
