I purchased an item back in April and still have not received anything. I was given a tracking number and it shows been sitting in Topeka, KS sin 5/18/21. I have emailed several times and was told they could not refund me.

I purchase the expectant mother sunflower sun catcher, April 17th. I havent recieved my item. I have emailed 4 times and have requested a refund. NOTHING.
I brought the garden zombie statue and have not heard a thing back
I purchased the same zombie item on April 8th. Received an email that the online supplier was having issues. I have asked for a full refund but have not heard back yet.
I ordered something from this company on 3/17/21 and paid for VIP shipping. I have never received any shipping updates as of 4/11/21. I have sent them several emails and all I get back is my package has been shipped not to worry about it. I asked how long VIP shipping takes still no answer. I might try contacting Facebook if I don't hear anything in a few days.
