Took 6 weeks to ship and missed the event. I ordered it 5 weeks in advance. Fought me on the return and offered a 30% refund and to keep the items. I should’ve taken it but I honestly didn’t need the items. Then they took forever to refund the items after receipt and only refunded 80%. Terrible. I never even opened the package.
I ordered the whole flamingo set (jeans, shorts, shoes, and several tops). I received it all and love the quality and products. I did order express delivery, and when it didn’t arrive, I called. They said one shirt was out of stock, so I said “just refund”. They did and three weeks from date ordered I got my clothes and shoes. So it’s not a scam. I will order from them again cause clothes fit great!!!
