This is truly a scam. The mystery box is a scam. I ordered a super giant mystery box and recieved a small 6 inch lucky box with a generic phone store charger a no name generic ear buds also from the dollar store.
The company advertises its from Florida but shipped from China to California to my place in the states.
They then tried to claim that there is a 10% chance to get an item higher than you paid, 80 % chance to recieve an item equal to what you paid when I complained and said I wanted a refund. When in actuality you are supposed to be buying a supergiant mystery box filled with items!
The email in the package wasn't with the email of the so called company. Everything about this is a scam even to the foreigners who got together and posted fake pics of big boxes and pallets of stuff that supposedly came from this scam company.
It took over 8 emails to finally get them to agree to a 100% refund as they tried to give me a 30% refund and when I said no they offered 40%, 60%, 80%, and yes then 70%!
Then they tried saying with a dispute they can't refund the money and that a dispute would affect my ability to secure future loans! This company actually tried to lie and say because they cheated me if I dispute it I will suffer! lol That shows their ignorance.
Never order from them as this is a holiday scam. Don't believe if you see pics posted of big boxes filled with phones and gaming systems that people post saying it was real it arrived! They can't believe it! Those people are the ones in on the scam. If you look at the different scam companies all offering the same thing you will see in the comments (if you see them on fb) the same pic showing a big box or pallet and if you look at the comments on a different scam site selling the same thing you will notice the pics are the same but the names of people are different. This is because all these people or one person with fake fb accounts posted all these pics to trick you.
