So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered 3 hats with led lights on for Christmas presents 2 weeks before Christmas. Never received as of yet, even though I got an email saying my order is being shipped (after Christmas). Wish I hadn’t ordered from them, I think I’ve been robbed. I don’t know why people have to be SO dishonest!!!
I am having the same problem as above. Made a complaint with paypal. Facebook should take some responsibility for this and other scams.
As far as I am concerned anyone who advertises or sells on Facebook is a SCAM. I have gotten into the habot of checking foe same or similar items on Amazon and purchase through Amazon where returns do not become a hassle.
I purchased $40. in Christmas money holders that were cheap and junk. Asked for return instructions and got the same run around as everyone else. Fortunately I purchased through Paypal and opened a dispute. However I was only able to get a 50% r3fund and told to keep the junk.
I ordered holiday money holders and got them but quality is the pits. I have read all the reviews now and won’t even try for a return or refund.
I ordered from these low lives! They took my money and actually sent the product, which is horrible! Been trying for nearly 2 months to reach them about a return and refund. Clearly not going to get it. Accept my loss and move on!
I ordered a product also and did not receive it. There is no way to contact them or check on the order. I am currently disputing the charge.

I will never again do business with etcycrafts for the following reasons:
1. I thought I was doing business with “etsy,” a website I have used frequently in the past and was pleased with. Etcycrafts is internationally based and has no affiliation with etsy.
2. I ordered two hummingbird feeders. They arrived in a package mailed from California. The plastic shaft would not fit into the feeder; nor would the hook fit onto the shaft. This was true for both feeders.
3. I got in touch with etcycrafts by email and asked for a refund. I was told I must document the problem, a manufacturing defect. I was told I could not return the feeders to the California address or no refund would be issued. After approximately three weeks of emails back and forth, I received the return address in China.
4. I checked with the post office and mailing the feeders back to China would cost twice what I paid for them.
5. Previously I had been offered a 25% refund of the purchase price. This is not a tenable solution, but it is the only one offered.
6. Etcycrafts holds itself out to be a reputable business. It is not. It is not financially wise to make a return, and Etcycrafts will not refund the money otherwise. BEWARE!
I purchased a hummingbird feeder from Etsy-crafts.com which stated it had a built-in ant moat after receiving the item from a company located in California it didn’t have an ant moat and after contacting the customer service agent they informed me to make my own ant moat using a plastic drink bottle. And they would only give me a refund if I sent the item oversees using the most expensive form of shipping!

DO NOT BUY FROM ETCYCRAFTS .COM I ordered a Kitchen Guard sink drain mat from them. Cost 29.95 after shipping. Turns out it doesn’t work on an over the counter sink because that pushes it up on front so it drains to the back. I contacted them for a return/refund. They said I have to ship it back to the International Shipping and it would take a while to get a refund. They suggested I accept a 20% refund and gift it to a friend. I accepted the fact I had been scammed. Said I’d take the 20% and would give a 100% negative review so here I am. DO NOT BUY FROM ETCYCRAFTS .COM I have since discovered you can purchase it alot cheaper on Amazon, which then you have an easy return situation. So if you want the item, check Amazon first. DO NOT BUY FROM ETCY CRAFTS!!!!
Definitely a scam do not buy from them. Said handmade in USA but then saw it shipped from China. I tried emailing the customer service but email gets returned. I did receive product but it looks cheap
Never received item. Lesson learned. No receipt and only Facebook message was 3 weeks ago in broken english.
I also purchased 2 solar garden lamps from this site on Facebook on May 9th. I have not received them, the order printout has etsy crafts on it and info@etcycrafts.com also which was confusing. I have had no luck finding info as to whether I'll ever get them. I am next going to PayPal to see if I can get back my money . Never purchase from these Facebook offers!!!!

Sounds EXACTLY like my story!! Ordered the mat, accidentally in gray, contacted them within seconds to change it to black, received gray!! I bought from them because I thought, due to their webpage, that it was a couple here in the USA. I also emailed about returning, got the same story, so I also took the 20% refund & learned my lesson ? I will never order through anyother advertisement on FB again!!
Do NOT purchase from this company. I fell for the Etsy name, never noticing until it was too late that the domain shifted to etcycrafts .com when placing the order. The product, a hummingbird feeder, was advertised on Instagram, shipped from China and arrived broken. All cheap plastic, the $22 item arrived in a smashed box and no padding. I asked for a refund and was told to glue the piece back on, then offered a 10% discount. This is the third bad product I’ve ordered through an Instagram ad. I’m done with getting scammed but can anyone tell me how to report a horrible company to Instagram? I tried but none of the choices really fit. Zero stars.
I also ordered something on 4/16 and have never received it. So mad at myself because I impulse bought and was thinking it was the "REAL" Etsy store. Have tried to email their contact email: info@etzycrafts .com (another new way of spelling it was a clue to me now that it was fake) and of course, I have received an email reply back. Just hoping they don't hack into my bank somehow.

Unfortunately, you are probably out the money. I did receive my product but it didn't work correctly so I request a return/refund. They informed me it would have to be returned International Shipping and I would have to wait a while for the refund until it was fully processed as a return. They suggested I take 20% refund and gift it. So they got most of my money. But I will give them negative reviews everywhere I can now. Hope you at least can get your money back. Company absolute frauds! It is from China but claims to be a husband/wife team in USA. You will never get your product.
