Yes it is a scam. They took my money, never shipped and just keep promising a refund but it never happens. Stay away!
PayPal didn’t refund me for 2 cat caves I ordered. I got something completely different and was stuck with 2 black felt basic cat caves I hated. Lost $50. Always search up the online place before placing your order

PayPal are very good at refunding if you genuinely purchase from one of these scam companies, I’m speaking from experience !.
I think it’s pretty poor practise from Facebook that they run these adverts and then when you complaint to them you never get a response. I’ve previously made the mistake and purchased from One of these sites, usually Chinese when I’ve then investigated and found out they never send the goods but take your money. If I can find out the information that the company operates a scam then surely facebook should and can find this out before allowing scam companies to con customers!
