Previously, similar sites used to have VENUS@CUKTER.COM, SERINDA@CUSTOMERSERVICEMODE.COM, AIDA@ANYPROBLEMSERVICE.COM, NATASHA@CUSTOMERSERVICEMODE.COM, CLOVER@CUKTER.COM, FUSACOINC@OUTLOOK.COM, HAILEY@SPREADSEA.COM, JASMINE@SPREADSEA.COM, ZORA@SPREADSEA.COM, EMILY@ANYPROBLEMSERVICE.COM, SERVICE6@VINAYOTAP.COM, CUSTOMERSERVICE660233@GMAIL.COM, CUSTOMERSERVICE.CXQ001@GMAIL.COM, SUZANNEKLUMB156@GMAIL.COM, MIKE@PAYMENTVIPSERVICE.COM, ALICE@PAYMENTVIPSERVICE.COM, TOPCUSTOMERSERVICE088@HOTMAIL.COM, SUPPORT@OXBORDER.COM, SERVICE1@AIPECK.COM, cs.choogogo@gmail.com, and @vinayotap.com, service1@vinayotap.com, service2@vinayotap.com, service3@vinayotap.com, and so on but now they have changed their email address to "SHERRY@CUKTER.COM". Example of previous similar kinds of scam sites such as Daeterna, Xlocef, Umehav, Nbzcons, Ebeluxery, Loekarhdt, Azaporeak, Birmansu, Eazsrz, Amaxwarner, Fpbhac, Lyusful, Okcrebell, Soygspk, Nbariktel, Mgcyueha, Millenj, Qhrtwo, Agrotreer, Ajelanie, Sknytoxt, Mesghalehv, MrtasfiyenTop, Maiskisd, Noushinx, Adzygg, Mokmaskw, Dyooves, and so on. They may change their email address again in the future. Anyway, now it is clear that Emocfan is operated by a serial cybercriminal who has multiple similar kinds of scam sites.

Viveonisv.top is another scam website with the same sherry@cukter.com contact address. They actually responded claiming they do not support PayPal, while that payment option is clearly on their website and it actually redirects to PayPal allowing you to pay! Central in this scam redirection may be disandaloa.com, which shows up briefly in the redirection process.

I want to really thank you folks for saving my Internet "Greenie" behind by informing me about the emocfan website scam! I almost fell for it...it has the "padlock" icon in the upper left hand corner that says it is secure; thanks to you I'm now much clearer about how little this can mean! I'm into Electronics, so the site looked extremely tempting to me. When I first started browsing it I noticed distinctly American eBay-style listings. I thought I'd stumbled across a nice little American retail store. But as I scrolled further & in depth, the listings switched to Russian & Chinese parts & vendors; some of whose EXACT same listings I'd seen very recently/currently on eBay as well. With one very notable difference: much lower prices! I tried to rationalize this by changing my mind about what emocfan was: An upstart eBay competitor with much lower commission fees that allows vendors to lower their prices w/o losing any "net" profit? But the price differentials are often SIGNIFICANTLY lower! Not just 10 or even 20%, but usually 30-60% less! Oh, how tempting! An obvious way for someone to debunk this scam would be to find the matching eBay listing from the "affected" vendor, & ask them about their concurrent emocfan listing. Unfortunately, I'm not an eBay member, I just browse it. So my next step was to see if emocfan had a physical address, so I clicked on their otherwise very kosher-looking menu & opened up the "Contact Us" page. OF COURSE, instead of providing me with this information (or ANY other, really!) all I got was a wonderfully cheery & equally vague, short & sweet little message from our "Hero", sherry@cukter.com.
All it says is something to the effect of "Please contact me with ANY questions or concerns, we're just TOO happy to help you!"
Great. Maybe I should send a simple message back to them: "Please prove to me that you aren't a total bad, Thank You very much Happy birthday..." But OK, maybe this is just a sloppy website. But if that is because it was put up in a rush to get things going ASAP, how do I reconcile that with its 10,000+ listings???
OK, click on another topic page. How about the FAQ one? Seems very detailed, so if you don't scrutinize it close enough, it would appear "normal", legit. But the FAQ is only preoccupied with telling you how to get a refund if your purchase is not to your liking, & how difficult it is to stop a purchase as soon as you click "buy". The customer service claims look honest enough, but still, no information about where things are actually shipped from ("we have a lot of the items in our possession, but some come directly from the party in the listings"), no phone numbers, no Office address, & best of all: NOBODY'S name!
Just, send some e-mail to Sherry the Cuckter. Which I'm sure she & her pals in crime are...
I went to the Purchase & Shipping page, sherrily the address & REAL contact info would be found right here! Nope. And you cannot, AT ALL, discern what your shipping charges are (although I think the Home Page DOES say: "Free shipping on purchases over $40"), nor expected delivery times. Like eBay, these people ask you to "register" in order to make a purchase. They ask for your name, Mr. or Mrs., address, phone number,e-mail address & to create your "password" for logging in. Seems innocent enough; they aren't asking for your date of birth, your social insurance number, or credit card info....YET. At one point in my adventures, a registration page pop-up DID ask me to "please include your credit card information". Yet there was no field for it...YET. Surely that's the next step after you fill out all the other info mentioned, not that I checked...Oh, & then there's this little business about payment methods: Isn't it off, odd, that a site cribbing eBay ads DOESN'T accept PayPal??? Nope. Just Visa as the ONLY permissible credit card. And instead of PayPal, they ask for bank transfers instead! Even this dolt knows that there's no recourse for a b_m transaction paid for with no strings attached! I'm surprised Sherry the Cuckter didn't mention Western Union...
So, in the course of trying to find ANY evidence, AT ALL, of REAL people operating from a REAL address with an actual phone #, I noticed various little grammar mistakes. Not in spelling. In the sentence construction. From experience, I could tell that this was the work of a Chinese person. Yet the site tries very hard to look "all-American". Yeah, right!
I was all ready to test these creeps out by making just a "small" purchase; no more than $100, & hope for the best. But then my dimbulb finally lit up; shouldn't I see if there are site reviews out there? And when your search sends you to SEVERAL crime-busting sites like this one, once again we are reminded that when something looks too good to be true, it is. Screw the "probably" bit!?
