I bought a blow up tent from these ppl in dec 2022 im still waiting for a refund they keep blaming the logistics co for the delay surely if they employ tbe logistics co to deliver thair goods they as still liable as the employer i keep getting fobbed off its a joke and there still advertising their wares.i live in the uk as a pentioner i expect better treatment.
I think they are a scam I ordered mine since mid January and still have not received anything I have called the VM is ALWAYS full and I keep emailing them and they only have 1 person who responded amiee she keeps telling me it's on its way.. yet can't provide me with a tracking number. I bought 2 of them for 70 dollars if I don't get them by Friday I will put in a fraud claim with my bank its BS.. and sad I'm a cancer patient and a heart patient I could really use these scooters!!
At first because of the prices being way beyond incredibly cheap. I couldnt help think that it no way impossible for the items they have on site. Im canada and what they have on site cost 6 - 7 times the reg amount posted and crossed off
So i searched emivalue on line and nothing but negative and all stating possible or scam. site which just brought me down to disasppointment
So i emailed customer service ..
Which i may add response time is exceptional.
They told me that yes they were awhare of people saying their a scam
And assure me they weren't. Cause they do offer 100% guaranteed refund in unhappy with the order.
So i took a chance. And because of the pricing being so cheap my curiosity had to find out.
Waiting for the tracking number took a few days and shipping seemed kind of slow.
But one morning when checking .....
Surprise.......surprise ...item has arrived in Canada!!!! ....excited .but had the doubt still lingering in the back of my mind.
4 days later... Canada Post was banging on my door with my mini electric cars.
Omg! I was estatic i still can't believe i actually received the items on site and the price I paid.
I give emivalue 5 stars and 10 thumbs up!
If you notice alot of sites offer their assumptions but none are actual cutomers so its really to say..
Dont go by everthing you read from people that don't really ..
Seriously if i was emivalue i would be on the sites for real for giving them a bad rep and basically slander. Its sad but true and am example of how fast people react when given something negative. Its wrong
So to all the ones that believe and or listen to any negative sayings about emivalue.

I bought two red cars or so I thought I was buying two red cars and it cost me $79 and some change they're nothing but crooks and enjoy stealing money from old people and why you people let them people on here is doesn't make any sense to me they're nothing but liars and thieves which makes your companies look bad but then again I should have been smarter than that I've been around the world two times and I know that anytime something sounds too good you know it's but in my old age I thought I would just trust one more person but as you can see I've lost my social security again I might as well learn how to walk now I see you want $20 every line that I've written another scam I'll pay you the next time

Can I ask when you bought the 2 red cars?
Reason being as it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
I bought a scooter and a small electric car. And finally received mine last wednesday.
Total time for my delivery was 2 and half weeks.
Either way i can say I dont regret taking a chance on Emivalue because after reading all the negative posts and claims that they are a scam.
I noticed none are from an actually customer
So will say to you as a customer to a customer be patient for you items. They will come.
Follow your tracking number. And find out your delivery date. If you didnt get a tracking number simply ask customer service and they will provide you with it. And remember if at any time you are unhappy with your purchase they are 100%refundable
