We’ve labeled Emetou as a scam online store because of these reasons:

Brand Name Misuse:

By utilizing the website name and logo "QVC Hot Deal Factory Outlet Shop," Emetou has falsely associated itself with QVC, despite having no affiliation with the company. This constitutes brand misuse and creates doubts about the website's credibility and legitimacy.

NOTE: While this website has presently misused the brand name of QVC, it is worth noting that it may resort to using another brand or modify its website details entirely in the future.

Contact Information:

Several problematic and scam sites, including as JasqunShop, GoodfShop, SandalsclubshopShop, Matorn, Rroenest, UgaskyShop, IcmraadStore, etc., feature the name Supic Company Limited, the parent company of this entity. This association with questionable websites is disconcerting and casts doubt on the legitimacy of the company.

NOTE: It is important to keep in mind that this company may alter its parent company name and address in the future to avoid being identified.

Discount and Sales Offers:

Emetou is using a popular strategy employed by deceitful online stores to lure unsuspecting customers, which entails offering numerous products at significantly reduced prices.

Security of the website:

The presence of a fake McAfee trust seal logo on the Product Detail pages of a website suggests inadequate security measures implemented on the website.

Consequently, customers who make purchases on the site may be vulnerable to having their sensitive personal and financial information, including credit card details, exposed to potential breaches.

Copied Content:

The resemblance of its website design and various exhibited elements to those frequently observed on fraudulent websites is alarming and prompts doubts regarding its authenticity and reliability.

Social Media Presence:

The absence of a social media icon linking to its business-related social media page may also raise suspicions about the legitimacy of the website since genuine e-commerce websites generally provide such icons.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

As per customer complaints, those who have made purchases at similar online stores have expressed dissatisfaction with the delivery times, customer support, and post-purchase services.

  1. Search About the Store: Before you buy, try to find out the reality of online store. Firstly, check for reviews, ratings, and what customers say. Furthermore, check given contact info, since real businesses have a real address and contact info. Scams may have fake or none.
  2. Make Sure the Website is Safe:
    • Look for “https://” in the web address. Additionally, look for trust seals like Norton, McAfee and so on, because scam online stores either don’t provide trust seals or provide the fake ones.

  5. Use Safe Payment Methods: Stick to popular and safe payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal. In contrast, be highly suspicious of stores that only accept payment forms like gift cards, wire transfers, etc.
  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website’s URL to make sure it’s not fake and related to the website name.

  1. I ordered two lounging beds that looked like a dog or cat bed for like $42 something cents and received a leather strawberry charm. Boy was I scammed!

  2. I also was scammed. I ordered 2 chairs. I received a pink scarf. I have no idea where this came from.

  3. I ordered a lawn chair from this site, about 2 weeks ago. I have never received the chair but today I got pink scarf! I couldn't figure out where it came from but think I've been scammed! Of course there's no address nor person to contact!
Will we Americans never learn??? 🙁

    1. I did the same! How do we get our $$$ back? I have no receipt no confirmation ! Nothing. I really wanted the chair and I am usually so careful about these things! The QVC sponsored fooled me.

      1. You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.
        Good Luck!

    2. They did the same thing to my elderly mother, she order a couple of chairs as well, and never received anything, they cheated her out of 49.00 dollars

  4. I hate to admit that I fell for the scam. I purchased the lawn chairs for $49.95. I can't even reach the company now. I'm so upset. It was a buy one get one offer. I'm a struggling single parent of a daughter with Down syndrome. These chairs looked perfect for her. She had spinal fusion and these chairs actually looked comfortable for her. I'm so crushed that now she'll go without. Because I can't afford to make another purchase for something like this.

    1. Well looks we all in the same boat .

      April .still no chairs.
Did get a white scarf .But I never ordered a scarf.
