These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. I will be calling my Credit Card Company tomorrow. I should hav3 known that this wasn’t legit.
I bought 3 items from this company and they are thin paper like material and the sizing is way off. I disputed the purchase with PayPal and I lost the dispute because they said my complaint did not meet their qualifications. I will dispute to my credit card next. The company is like a ghost. No address or phone number. Their policy says to contact them to return but they do not provide the address to you. They offer discount coupons instead. This company is running a scam. Sorry I didn’t investigate before I purchased. Buyers beware

Quality of clothing is so poor its unwearable. Badly fitting, so thin its see-through. Emailed seller and they did not reply with returns details.
Absolute scam!!!
Ordered a pullover top from Pinterest to be sent to my daughter in another state and a few days later I received a confirmation e-mail which included a tracking number. Tracking number and info is written in a foreign language so there is no way for me to determine if it has been shipped and no reply yet from their "service" e-mail, to which I had sent a message. Placed an order over a month ago, never received an email confirming my order or any further updates around shipping. Emailed the company - email address on the website isn’t valid, and my attempts at messaging them via their online “contact us” form have gone unanswered. Filed a claim with PayPal requesting a full refund today, hoping I’m not just scammed out of $75.00
I ordered the nice striped “ knitted” cardigan as shown above and was completely shocked to get an ugly striped coloured piece of “felt” poorly sewn into a coverup. If it had been like the pic, I would have worn it a lot to work with matching tees underneath. I’ll only wear the one they scammed me with in my basement where no one can see it!!
Eee-o Eleven is awful! I ordered a jacket and sweater from them. Took over 2 months to come and both are very poor quality. The sweater is not even remotely like the one pictured. The one pictured looks like actual knit material. The one sent is a polyester piece of fabric, not a sweater at all. Probably worth about $2.50. Not the $37.99 U.S. I paid (marked down from $97 LOL!!!!!!). They don't reply to e-mails, horrible customer service, horrible company.
Yes, eee oeleven is scamful.
Fraud on credit card 2 days post purchase. The beautiful cardigan ordered? Product received bears no resemblance. If it wasn't so awful it would be funny. None of the requirements the website states re return are provided in the parcel, making it impossible to meet the said requirements. Wee eleven trade under other names.
Biggest lesson provided me by them, buyer beware!
I received a cardigan which was cheap and shoddy and so thin that you could see through it. It bore no resemblance to the one advertised which was the multicoloured striped cardigan that looked to be quite a heavy knitted item. In fact the one I received was so thin they sent it in the smallest plastic “envelope”. I got no response from the company when I emailed them.
Do not use this company !
