This is a very dishonest company. I ordered a potting bench for about $75.00 around April 4. After much waiting, I got a set of socks valued at $20.00. They twice said that they reshipped the potting bench, but each time it was said to be undeliverable. Now they are haggling with me to avoid refunding the amount of my purchase. Please note that this company is in China...if it exists at all. I do think that the tracking infomormation they sent me is fabricated. Do not order from Dxuat unless you do not care about losing money.
Scam site. They won't send any record of what you order, send a piece of clothing from China, and then try to get you to accept a partial refund. PayPal refunded my money immediately.
Just like Bill, I ordered something and received a piece of women's clothing. They refused to proceed with looking into the problem because I couldn't show them a photo of the clothing. The address it was shipped from wasn't the same at the one showing on the order. I had no idea this was the wrong item rather than something sent mistakenly from somewhere else. After all a small piece of clothing is very unlike $62 cart I paid for.
Beware, this is a scam website. I ordered a hose reel this summer and was given a tracking number from Wuhan china. About a month later I received a USB cable with the tracking number they gave me. I contacted them stating I would like my money back. They offered only 60% for restocking and shipping fees for an item that was neither shipped nor restocked. when pressed they said "Then how about 70%?" Total scam.
Ordered a lawn mover and received some socks for $79.99. This is a scam web site. They answered my emails up until I questioned them about receiving an order that I did not place and charging me $79.99 for some socks.
Ordered a power mower at $70.58 but did not receive a tracking #. After a couple of tries did get a tracking # using the L17track service. Next correspondence indicated a new tracking # for a different company based in China. Item with that tracking # did arrive but ended up being womens clothing valued at $20 about a month later. There was no record of any delivery option/date using the original tracking #. Credit card company issued a credit on my account immediately after notification of situation.
