DriveCarJoy took $40.65 from my account on Dec 11, 2022. I just noticed it today while reviewing my account online. I did not order from this company. I generally order from Amazon to get free shipping. I called my credit union and they are looking into this and will reimburse me for the charge. I had to get a new card in the process but better to be safe then sorry.
I did not order from this company and they got my credit card information also. How does this happen. My card posted on Dec 4 2022, and I have been trying to get this resolved and credited back to my card.
I purchased two portable car vacuums and although they work, they are weak. I immediately tried to return them for a refund and the company refused to refund the items. I had them for less than a week. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. They are a shady company and should be avoided. I found their ad for this product on Instagram but will stick with Amazon from now on since they have a reputable and reliable customer service ethic and return policy.
I have never heard of this company but they charged my bank account $52.84 for what reason I don’t know but I never ordered anything from them, people like this need to have something done for taken senior citizens

They took $40.63 out of my account and I did not order anything. How did they get my bank card number?
I was charged $92.30 by DriveCarJoy - Uture Ec on Dec. 27, 2022. I called the 832-903-1737 and got a message that "the number is not in service. Message TX10956." Calling the bank now to reverse the charge and get a new card. :/

They took 63.91 out of my account right before Christmas overdrawing my account. I did not order anything nor have I ever heard of this company.
They are trying to take 58.49 from my credit card account under the website name of Solar Grass. I sent a message to that website for cancellation of any order and there has been no delivery of any pkg after 3 weeks. This is a fraudulent transaction and a reverse payment should be processed.
