We also don't think Disrespect got ban for something as simple as copyrighted audio. Dr Disrespect publicly re-signed a contract, almost certainly worth millions, with Twitch as recently as March 2020. So, we also don't think it is a copyright issue.
We found another tweet saying Dr Disrespect subscribers are being refunded which also indicates ban may be permanent.
You may know about Dr Disrespect’s past troubles, such as,

- Previously also, he was temporarily banned from Twitch after streaming from a public bathroom.

Twitch is not saying anything openly maybe because some lawsuit is going on regarding this matter.

We think Twitch is hiding the reason for the ban because some lawsuit against Dr Disrespect may be going on. Of course, there must be a solid reason for such a ban, there must be some strong accusations took a place. Twitch must be investigating it.
