Do not do business with this site. I payed via Paypal and was scammed by Lê Hoàng Thanh Hà. No invoice, no tracking or any kind of communication from these thieves. Paypal declined my dispute because the company provided them a phony tracking number. Report sent to BBB.
I was also scammed by this website. They sent my tracking number and I never received my item. They then challenged my request for refund from PayPal and PayPal said they provided proof of delivery. So I lost my money. Be wary of them and do not buy anything from them.

It’s a scam. No one answers phone. Purchased with Discover but site processes payments through PayPal. Payment processed under Vu Van Trang. Site provided PayPal a tracking number through FedEx - in review product was delivered to my hometown signed by someone other than me. PayPal denied dispute but called back and complained further and finally got my refund and $50 on top of it - small price for the pain of going through process.
Total SCAM!!! You won't ever get what you ordered and payed for. Have a claim with Paypal but they have given this company until tomorrow to respond. Website, "Check your order" and emails now all come back as a "CONNECTION ERROR" . If I don't get a refund through Paypal in the next week I will file with Amer Exp.
total scam. was lucky enough to pay thru paypal with an amex card. paypal was a total waste of time. amex credited monies back back within 3 days.

I buy online a lot and this is the first time I have been scammed. Now I'll be more careful. Don't buy from them. And from now on do as other people have mentioned research who you are buying from before you enter a credit card, I thought it might be legit because I paid through PayPal I thought but just don't buy before you research, I've learned. Complete scam. Do not buy from here. They'll give you a fake tracking number if you ask for information. The scammer name (could be fake) on the PayPal is Nguyen Chi Kien and the scammer email shows up as SimonettaNihara@hotmail.com.

Donald Puzzle is a scam site. I made a $300.00+ purchase and just finished getting a refund from PayPal. Donald Puzzle tried to prevent the refund by sending an illegitimate tracking number to PayPal and claiming that a package had been delivered to me. The tracking number turned out to be for a different package that was sent by a different seller to a different buyer in my city. In other words, it's now possible for crooks to get tracking numbers from other transactions and try to pass them off.
I placed an order, it’s shows it’s through PayPal. It’s a SCAM! Fake address , fake everything! The stole my money! $60 dollars ! I’m trying to find every way I can to repot them .
I made a purchase using PayPal. 9 days later I got a email from PayPal with tracking. The tracking showed it was delivered 3 days ago, I received no package. Total scam. I only received 1 e-mail from HomeSmart (another name associated with Donald Puzzle)confirming order. They used PayPal to contact me. The first e-mail confirmed my permission to charge me. After not receiving any more information I contacted PayPal with my suspicions because my credit card was charged under “clothing rental”. My purchase consisted of a Moen lotion dispenser. Subsequently PayPal informed me that the FedEx tracking number showed the item was received and signed for by an unknown person to me somewhere in the same zip code, for any problem with shipping they listed an e-mail address (unresponsive and probably fake)I put a claim against it and lost the case. FedEx can’t give out information but they mentioned the shipper is a bank and the package was delivered to the address on the label. Not me!

They have blocked my access to their web site. They use fake tracking numbers and FEDEX claimed that the "SIGNATORY" was someone other than me when the 8 ounce package INSTEAD of 23 pound item was "delivered". I am retired and an invalid who NEVER leaves my residence. I DIDN'T sign for the item and can prove I was there when it was "delivered" by FEDEX. THEY LIEDAS WELL.

I too wondered if the site was legit. I called the number listed on the site...219-336-7018. The address on the site states that the store is in Michigan. The phone number is for somewhere in Indiana. I didn't get an answer when I called, so I texted just to see...no answer yet. I'm going to conclude the same thing, just based on the "too good to be true" deal and the differences in locations for the phone number/store location.
