We found that this parent company's name and address is used by other sites like SupermanMan, Alissafor, Garfes etc. So, we shouldn’t trust any sites with the parent company’s name GALARIE YIDAN DEMA SARL. Its contact phone number is also missing from the website.

I ordered the pug planter box in August 2021 to be sent to New Zealand from Dgloya, Rustic decor. I understand there are global shipping delays due to the pandemic. I was checking on its progress on the tracking device included on my receipt. First it was in Shanghai, then Guangzhou. then the next time I checked at the end of September it said it had been 'returned'. I emailed the address given but received no reply. Next time I checked it said "Sorry, the shop is currently unavailable". I emailed the address again, still no reply. After reading these reviews I will be very surprised if the product arrives. It makes me wary of ordering things from overseas.
I wish I could show you a pic of what I received from this company 3 months after the order was placed. Nothing like what o ordered. I really don’t expect that I’ll ever see my $$ back.
Do not buy from this company. I wish I had done my research. They sent me the wrong $35 item and they are impossible to get in touch with. 2 emails and no response.
BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!! I wish I would have known that before I placed an order with them. I placed an order for $75.00 worth of items - I receive the items and it is NOT what I ordered. I ordered a couple of basset hound items that in the description states "they are handmade, hand painted, good quality" - NONE of which was true. The planters are cheaply made with something like a thicker foam core and printed. I did not even receive what I ordered. When I wrote into customer service they told me it would be over $30.00 to ship back that I would have to pay for, OR they will give me a 10% refund - Are you kidding me? I pay $75.00 and don't receive what I even ordered and now my options are pay $30.00 to try and get a $45.00 refund (which who knows if this would even happened) or they are willing to give me a measly $7.60 refund for spending $75.00. What a JOKE - BUYER BEWARE. I cannot wait to WARN people on INSTAGRAM, which is where I even found this company. I will also be contacting Instagram about this scamming company they allow on their platform.
Please do not buy from this company!! They are scammers! My package took 3 months to arrive and it came broken. I have sent nunerous emails and never get any reponse. There is also no phone number to contact them.
I agree..Buyer Beware. It took months to receive the dog planter, and it is a joke! Very, very poor quality that looks nothing like advertised. What a waste of money
This company is a scam! I never received my order. When I emailed to complain they said it was delivered and I had to take it up with the shipping company... called Canada post to find out it was sent to the companies shipping container and not my address. The company said they would send the package to me if I paid an additional $20 and said it was my fault it didn't send. They also refused to give me a refund for a product I never received.
Do nothing purchase from this site. I got a product that looks nothing like the planter I ordered and when I raised my concern, they offered a 10%discount. They said they only way I could get a refund is if I shipped back to China and advised that would cost more than cost of product.
Do not buy from this company. The items you receive are not what they advertise, poor quality, does not look like they advertise and missing parts. They will not refund your money or work with you. They need to be put out of business.

Received broken items.Thier fix is a 10% discount or i have to ship the items back at my expense and they will review and maybe a refund back but not guaranteed. Horrible scammers!! please stay away!
I received damaged goods - and over all in a very poor quality.
So far they offered me a 10% compensation, which is a joke.
I will soon activate Pay Pal buyer protection and see, if I will ever see may money back.
This is a scam online store. I didn’t recieve the item I requested. I got something very cheap instead. When I contacted them thru there customer service. There reply was to get full refund you must return the item and pay for shipping. And it would take a long time if you even got the refund.
