Moreover, this same address is found to be used by multiple other sites like Pearlyo, Pearlgobuy, Pearlzone, Pearlfeet, Pierrebuy.de, Layorde, and so on. We even cannot find that it is operated by the parent company name it has provided on the Google Search. So it is clear that the company is trying to fake the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.

Very bad site, most of the functions don't work. keep sending me emails after gotten my info. and keep asking me to pay for the items that I've already paid. Can't even cancel an order through website or email. Have to call my credit card company to cancel transaction. it's a mess!

Dellbuychick puts a photo of a legit legendary flannel jacket for sale, then sends you something a five year old made.
I Recently thought i paid for a Arrowood brown plaid, medium jacket , however when it arrived it was a $5.00 flanellette shirt the actual purchase price was USD 64.96 , when i enquired i was told the original item was out of stock and they wanted me to keep the shirt and offered me a 30% refund… yeah right! After much argi bargi they agreed to refund 90% by this time i had opened a dispute with paypal however they advised me to close the case so they could expedite the refund , big mistake! They absolutely re assured me that if it were to take its course with paypal it would take months . I just received the same email sating my order was delivered. This was a plan by DELLBUYCHIC all along to defraud me , I actually thought i was purchasing from a US site. Crooks
I was ripped off twice from this scam company. I ordered a jacket from Legendary Whitetails web site and for some reason Dellbuychic sent me a shipping confirmation. I assumed they were a shipping co. The product I received was total junk, not even close to what I ordered. Whats worse is the the shipping confirmation email had a picture of the Whitetails jacket that I ordered. The one I got looked and felt like leisure suit material, no logo's or collar label, the poorest quality I have ever seen. I was so mad I threw it in the garbage.
Do NOT buy! Ordered a shirt and they sent the wrong one. In response to my email they said I was responsible for return shipping and they would offer a 30% refund! They suggested I keep the wrong shirt and give it to someone as a gift! This is a fraudulent business to be avoided
I ordered from Dell Buy Chic, and they said they already delivered it to my door. But I have not received anything. When I emailed them, they sent me the tracking number and said this is for your records, they also said to check my local post office maybe it’s there. I gave them my HOME address why would it be at the post office AFTER they’ve already said it’s been put on my doorstep. I’ve never had a problem like this before and I’ve been shopping online for years. Now I’m afraid because they have my credit card information… I am so disappointed and upset with myself for not looking into this.

Purchased a flannel shirt with fleece lining in xxl long. It was the size of a large. Button front not zipper. They will not refund or exchange. Told me to give it to some one and they will send me a $5.00 gift certificate or I can return it to China and pay the shipping which they said is very expensive and then they will replace but have no larger sizes. A fraudulent company to say the least

All of the previous reviews are completely true. I wish that I had looked for reviews prior to ordering a product thinking I was saving money. The product (lined flannel hoodie) was a knock-off with all kinds of issues. Threads were hanging out, large was actually closer to a medium, fit was terrible, elbow patches were sewn on the side of the arm and not on the elbow. I never received any information on when the product would be delivered which took five-six weeks, and when I inquired I got nothing except for endless ads to buy more worthless products. Last, forget about ever returning the product for a refund. Dellbuychic is a complete scam.
Don't, not ever, buy anything from Dellbuychic. It's a front for cheap copies of the genuine product. They take your order using photos of the genuine product claiming great prices but then ship you some kind of cheap worthless copy straight out of China..and they don't even bother stocking their cheap worthless copies in the US...I learned this lesson by ordering a shirt jacket.

Placed an order with Dellbuychic and tried to cancel 7 minutes later. Twelve minutes later they told me the item had shipped. Their refund policy is: "Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped." Complete scam - buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Happened to me t too…biggest piece of shit shirt I’ve ever seen….worse than a Christmas sweater. Seriously COVID is the only thing made in China that has lasted. That shirt they sent me went straight to the trash. One day they will pay…trust me.
Dellbuychic also goes by the name Slyviaa on a Facebook ad. Ordered a hemp cotton shirt they called a "Gheri" shirt. Receive a cheap, flimsy rag.
