This is my first time ordering, April 2021. I usually don’t order online advertising caught my eye. I got an email confirmation saying that the order is on the way, I emailed Cretailor back and received an error message that the email address was not correct that made me curious so I called my bank for a phone number my bank no number was listed. Cretailor gave me a tracking number I’m still tracking it here we are in May 13, 2021.
Ordered the shopping bag but have yet received any confirmation or tracking number and have notified them twice to their email. My next step will be to decline payment which is a pain cause then I have to get a new card. wish I saw this before I ordered
