It has only mentioned it is from China in its "About Us" page but hasn't mentioned where in China. It has neither provided the phone number nor detailed company’s address, nothing. However, every legit online store will provide the detailed contact information including the phone number, return-shipping address and so on, only scam online store doesn’t care to provide the detailed contact information.

# It has also concealed its owner's name and owner's address in WHOIS.

# The website theme, website script, description in “About Us” / “Return-Policy” / “Privacy-Policy” / “Shipping” pages and lots of other details of CoolWatch.Cool match with other suspicious sites such as LoveUMobi, GoLoveUClub, MyGiftNecklace, TheGiftNecklace and so on. However, CoolWatch hasn’t mentioned anywhere about its link with those other sites. So, it is clear that CoolWatch.Cool is a site run and operated by the same person who has other similar kinds of sites but doesn’t want to reveal that which is definitely not a good sign.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. So, in this scenario, it is better to stay away from online stores like CoolWatch.Cool which even doesn’t provide detailed contact information.

# Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.
