I ordered on November 26, 2020. I never have received the items. I have sent two emails to their “customer service” and have received no reply. Their website indicates this business is now closed. How convenient. These are scammers definitely! You may as well just throw your money in the street.
I placed an order November 26, 2020 around $95.00. I never received the items. I sent two follow up emails and received no response. They are a scam site I have now found out.
Placed an order before Christmas. Received the order in a timely manner however, needed to exchange the items or return them. Found that the website is no longer available. Sent an email to CS and have yet to hear from them.
Surely there is a way to track down these crooks and prevent this kind of thing from continuing!
Terrible service. I tried to track my Christmas package for over one month no luck. Really believe this is a scam company.
I trepidiciously ordered from cooling clothing once because I really liked a design they had on a shirt. I received the item in a timely manner and was pleased to find it was of good quality. Emboldened by that experience I ordered again. Not so good , the items were not of as good quality, one item was unavailable with an a promised but not yet seen refund and one of the boxes was just plain empty. Needless to say their email no longer works nor does their website. Buyer beware, I should have known better.
