Its company’s address is provided on second Privacy Policy page linked at the bottom of the Checkout page as Creative Blue co., #603, 6/F, Kawada Plaza, 1 On Kui Street, Fanling, New Territories Hong Kong SAR. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address and there is no business with the name Coffeify or Creative Blue co. that has been mentioned on or around the partial match address as well. This makes very clear that it is trying to fake the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Returns and Exchange:
It has a Refund Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Was not satisfied with product so contacted Coffeify to return item after the 30 day window. They representative stated that they have a 60 day return window.
Unfortunately, the return address is in Hong Kong - not sure the shipping cost from USA to Hong Kong but imagine that it will be more than half of what I spent on the item. Will check out shipping cost but pretty much will have to bit the bullet and realized I got scammed.
As another commenter posted - same mugs, why cheaper price from other sellers.
Don't order from them. The same mugs can be found elsewhere for cheaper (even on Amazon, look up Tang Pin for their same Deer Moon mug), and the return policy is just bad.
Talked about coffee mugs and got the exact same mugs from two different "brands" on two Instagram ads the same day. This is definitely dropgshipping. One was from Coffeify, the other from "Ultimate Creation". Same product, roughly the same price (around 45 euros).
Their mugs are available on AliExpress. They either do dropshipping or are the manufacturer in China. Either way, you can get the same mugs WAY cheaper directly from AliExpress. So it's a dropshipping scam.
I purchased a mug as a gift for my fiancé and we’re beyond disappointed with the product. The glass of the mug itself is thin, and there are several visible seams which greatly cheapen the look. The handle is a sad excuse to hold the mug and feels like it will break off if any liquid was inside. The lid that comes with the mug fits so poorly it might as well be for another product entirely. The product looks and feels cheap and is an absolute waste of money. I was able to get ahold of the company’s customer service department fairly easily, but the fact that they do not cover shipping is disappointing; shipping it back would cost a third of what I paid for the product. At that point I don’t think it’s worth it to send it back which this company is fully aware of and understands.
I did order a mug from them. It came in a reasonable tim frame, it was very well packaged inside and out, and it's a beautiful product.
On the down side, it makes the coffee taste funny: that's a fairlycommon problem with semi-gloss glazes. I will try it once more, after washing it with detergent instead of just rinsing it with hot water. If that doesn't work, I will try to exchange it for a glass mug.
Appears to be a clone of Ecletticos mugs, but I can't tell which came first or if both are just further clones of another brand.
It's definitely from AliExpress. I did a quick search and found mugs exactly like theirs.
The mugs from these sites are very overpriced they are nice just not nice enough to justify the price tag and one of my 2 mugs turned up damaged as they don't pack them very well at all. Lots of outside cushion and wrapping but on the inside due to poor amount of insulation they have ceramic on ceramic so never stood a chance , customer service won't help they will reply and say yes we will send a replacement and send you a link but they won't. Basically just don't order unless you like to gamble and waste money.
