  1. I too was scammed. Waited a long time to arrive from “California” literally from China. Wanted me to pay to send back and they would give me 40% off ? I told them their mistake of sending me a hat when I ordered an engraver. I filed a complaint

  2. Ordered a laser engraver for AU$80.00, tracking number sat awaiting shipment for weeks. No replies to emails. Started a fraud dispute with my bank. Checked tracking again and it was miraculously in transit....
Well my package came today, 8 weeks later and I got a pair of freakin' earmuffs!
Not a happy camper. I'll continue with the dispute through my bank.

    1. Hi janet,

Can you let me know if your bank are helpful with this, as the same thing has just happened, I just recieved a pair of black fluffy earmuffs instead of the laser engraver.

      1. My bank initially refunded the money to my card and was waiting for the merchant to reply to their emails. Apparently they had 30 days to reply with proof of what they sold etc. As of the 13th March I have yet to hear back from my bank

  3. I ordered the laser engraver on 24/12/2022 today (10th Feb 2023) I received a bloody beanie! Definitely not the laser engraver and I’m out $76! I have started a dispute with the bank today, so unfortunately not hopeful……

  4. I too ordered the laser engraver.. have sent multiple emails to company as well as the tracking company as the tracking # never works and the tracking company Track718.com never loads..

  5. SCAM COMPANY! I ordered the laser cutter, also got a cheap crappy pen, worth $5. Coatelite wanted me to send it back, they blamed their shippers, wanted trackable, well I'm not paying $65 to send back their junk. Disputed with my bank, as debit Mastercard, nothing they can do, other than credit me my monthly fees, and interest charges on other credit card. It's better than nothing, but I'm out $71 to this scam company! DONT order from them!! Report to BBB and everywhere you can!! Now I'm having to replace my bank card, to make sure these scammers have NO future access to my account

    1. I wanted to order this as well so I always look for the product on Amazon. The engraver showed was about $1000 at Amazon with great reviews so I figured $50 was a scam. I almost bought it.

  6. Facebook should do better to protect their users. This is atrocious!! I have been scammed on others that weren’t this obvious. Why is this crap still on Facebook if it is known to be a scam

  7. Same here. Wanted a laser cutter you could easily use. Finally got a thing that say’s delivered on 12/30. It was the pen. I just started a dispute with the bank

  8. I ordered on dec 5 2022 got a package on dec 31 2022 and it was not the laser it feather looking quill pen been message back and forth offering discounts finally I told them it was a scam and I was going to let everyone know about it and today they wanted a screenshot of my purchase so they can give me a refund we shall see

  9. I ordered one as well @$50 and it took 21 days to receive from CHINA, even though they stated from the states. I received a large pair of earmuffs instead of the laser!! Been emailing back and forth and they have now stopped responding. And no refund. SCAM!!!!

  10. DANG!!
I knew it was too good to be true!
? But it's kinda strange how all the reviews on Facebook are positive... people posting pictures of the engraver and their completed projects with it..... I'm kinda confused how all that could be fake....

  11. I ordered one almost 3 weeks ago and Have not received anything. Wish I would have seen this .
    I want somebody now.

  12. Wish I saw this before hand. I ordered the Lazer engraver at a too good to be true price, and received a steampunk looking quill pen ?

  13. I’m mad that this review wasn’t around when I purchased. I had a feeling it was too good to be true, which is why I didn’t use my debit card. You live and you learn. Thanks for verifying it’s in fact a scam site.
