  1. Was about to place an order for different size containers. Thank goodness for EVERYONE’s information & VERY grateful I did NOT place an ordered!

  2. Ahh. That was what the silk strip (not really a scarf) was. No storage containers. Ordered more than a month ago so thought they were just slow. I actually saw their ad very recently so they are apparently still able to pull this scam. I will report to authorities.

  3. I have been ripped off by this company, but how do I get Facebook, who runs their ads, to remove them? Any ideas?

  4. The same thing happened to me. I ordered 3 boxes and a couple of days ago received a piece of silk fabric. There should be something done about these scammers.

  5. I ordered $61 worth of storage boxes on 1/5/23. Hadn’t received my order either,haven’t received a scarf ???

  6. I started to order today basing my decision on the PayPal logo along with other accepted credit cards. However when I went to check out, Paypal was not an option. I immediately closed the window and am now getting messages "you left something in your cart. So glad I didn't purchase after reading more about them!!!

  7. I too have been scammed...I have received nothing. What do we need to do to report these scumbags? This pisses me off bc most of us ordered as a Christmas gift and instead they took our money.

  8. I to order storage boxes and have not received anything. They are not replying to my emails. If anyone finds out if there is a way to get our money back please let me know.

    1. Contact your credit card company and file a dispute. That's what I am doing. Also, file a complaint on the Internet Crimes form. It's readily available online. A quick Google search pulls up the site with the form you can fill out and submit. I already filed that one.

  9. I ordered 3 storage boxes for 13.99 and so I ordered 2 sets at a cost of $41.00 plus; I waited so long for the order to come in only to receive 2 scarves yesterday. I emailed them twice so far with no response. My 1st time being scammed.

  10. I ordered the folding boxes on 11-23. So far I not received anything. I am just now finding out it is a SCAM. My order was or $79.00.
Wonder if anyone found a phone number so I can give them a piece of my mind....

    1. There is an email which is service@nicego.store but they only respond to your first email. After that, it is crickets! I hate scammers. Seems something should be able to be done since they are using the USPS on the last leg of their SCAM to deliver useless items. That would seem to delve into some type of federal charges for fraud.

    2. There is an email which is service@nicego.store but they will only respond to your initial email. After that it is crickets. I would think there would be something that could be done on a federal level since they are utilizing the USPS for the last leg of their scam.

  11. I ordered storage containers for a total of $34.00 several weeks ago. Today, i teceived two scarves instead of the storage containers. Such a scam.
