I ordered toys on Oct 19. Shipping was 7-14 days. It is Dec 2 and have not gotten it yet. When I ordered I made sure it wasn’t coming from China. Didn’t hear about the scams until after I ordered. Don’t know what to do. Paid PayPal with a credit card. Was wondering if I can get a refund?
