Wish I would have done the research first, which is not like me. I always do, but this time I took a chance. Cat tower doesn’t exist and I can’t put that money towards a reputable seller. Sigh, lesson learned, Facebook ad too good to be true.
Well crap, ordered a cat tower beginning of Nov, saying it got delivered, but nothing, I read some of the reviews, I got scammed as well .. apparently I got a phone charger as well, tried many times to email them, but nothing, scam!!
I also got scammed by these jerks! I love how Facebook supports this crap! I should have known better! Beware! They send a stupid phone charger cord thing in the mail instead… I threw it out… time to call the bank and get a new card… 🙁
I ordered a cat tree, dog house and a litter box. What did I get? A charger.... Tried to contact them but no emails went through, now the web site has vanished and I am out money I should not have spent.
This website is a scam. I purchased the cat's furniture on November 3rd, I was provided with a tracking number, and everything looked good. I received an envelope with some chargers lol The email support is fake; other emails work, but whoever is replying offers me a 40% refund if I send the chargers back lol I will be disputing this with my bank and potentially filing charges. Do not order from them
I ordered two countries and a cat litter box, and none of them were delivered as indicated by my notification. I tried to email the company and their email was undeliverable. I am reaching out through my credit card company to see if I can get a refund . They are definitely a scam site.
Yep its a scam and they got me! Said it was delivered but I did not get it... Impossible to get in touch with them as well. UPS, UPSP, FEDX, and my local post office all say the same thing , the tracking numbers match nothing any of them know. So we all have been scammed!!!
I was taken advantage of, too! I shouldve known buying 2 cat trees for under $50 was too good to be true. What a hassle!! Have to close my debit card and get a new one, which can take 7+ days!
I feel foolish & will never buy anything off Facebook again! They are operating under, AGONYCARTE on FB.
I ordered 2 cat trees from them and received 2 1" cable cords.. definitely not the cat trees that I ordered. Also unable to send email to this company (comes back as undeliverable). Contacted my credit company to help with getting my money back. Should have known better?

Sadly you will not find a phone number to call. It's a scam. Contact your credit card company and get your card canceled right away. They will send you a cord instead. THROW IT AWAY AND SO NOT USE IT. If you do they will be able to steal even more of your information than they already have.
I firmly believe that KARMA is a ?????. What goes around comes around. They will get theirs. Hopefully sooner than later

Thank you for the info. They are selling huge cat towers at $29. Those size towers are hundreds of dollars. That screams scam. Plus pictures of the towers in people’s comments don’t match those available.
I have been screwed over and believe this on WOKKNIT AND CBGSUPPORT are selling cat trees and is a rip off.
