I was desperate to find a replacement battery for my Worx lawn mower, which as a lead acid battery (as opposed to lithium) has been discontinued. They appeared to have it, and $20 cheaper than I paid before! I felt so lucky. When I went to buy it, there was no field provided to put payment information ( credit card, etc.). I sent them a message, and have not heard back, but I think if I do, I will ignore it. Looks like I dodged a bullet here!
ordered a 52 inch lawn sweeper from them last month August 2022.
got an email with a tracking number that was mostly in Chinese.
The delivery was on time, b'ut turned out to be a very small package with
a nylon zippered item (I didn't open it).

Ordered a battery for a Worx mower August 2021. Never received. No response from merchant. American Express provides a merchant contact number that's a Colorado cell phone with a geric voicemail box. Scam.
These people are out and out thieves. I ordered a battery and got a pair of socks. It took 90 days to get the socks. They said they would refund my money and in has been another 30 days with two promises of refund...none!!!! This is my thought Caxzey equals theft. Do not by anything from them.
Scam site, ordered a lawn mower lift and was sent a billfold, Then told the correct item would be sent so got a tracking ID No and waited another month and it never showed up, Then sent another tracking No and it was same as the 1st tracking No that was a billfold and been delivered already over a month ago, Just pure out scam site that everyone needs to stay away from, I will reprt them to FBI for wire fraud and let the FBI do its job, Investigate and charge them for wire fraud, They are in the US so will be found and charged for wire fraud, Stay away from them as they are a scam,

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. ITS A SCAM. I ordered a lawn mower in July. The "order" was received Sept. 20. It was a childs windbreaker.
I went ahead and ordered a lawnmower it's been 4 days have heard nothing so live and learn 78.48 out the window now all I have is to dream about kicking someone's ass at this company ?

Total scam do not use. Just as I pressed the confirm purchase button, I realized that this was a scam site. I played along for the ride. They will give you a tracking number for a product that costs at the most $1.00. Customer service will respond to you as if text messaging their best friend; using plz and ty. I ordered a lawn mower jack and they sent an oven mitt. My bank is taking care of it thankfully.
