I have been waiting over 10 months for something that I have ordered through their site and have still not received it. Both the shipping company and Catching nicely have said that they have resent it but of course I've not received it. Very unprofessional and yeah it's a complete scam
I never received my product either. When I asked them about it they said they have delivery confirmation and gave me a bogus tracking number. Still trying to get my money back!
It’s been 3 months and still no product!
This company is a scam. I never received my order and the tracking number wasn’t valid and I kept getting spam emails from FedEx

Steer clear of catching nicely!!! I made the mistake of ordering from this company and, over 5 months later, have not received my order! Customer service is no help. You will get only a computer generated response. There is no one to talk to! Beware!!!
