I returned a product in June 2022 and have still not received my refund of approx £30 to date (19.9.22). I paid £13.40 to return this item which they stated they would also refund. Now, replies to my emails are rude but still promising a refund as long as I'm patient! Not good enough when I was told it would take approximately 30 days. Do not trust Cassielwigs and certainly do not purchase from them, their products as not that good and their customer service is even worse.
2/11/22. Update. Still no refund, all I get as a reply to my email is "be patient". I think I have been patient enough and just want my money back. I dont intend to let this drop so will keep updating. Please beware, these are not legitimate and will scam you.

Definitely a scam company. Ordered $114 of 6 toppers in 1 specific color. They sent me 6 wigs instead in 6 different colors. I contacted their supposed customer service and they told me they would give me a 20% discount on my purchase. I told them I didn’t want wigs, I wanted hair toppers. They said I could return to China at my expense. Shipping from the States to China for all 6 wigs was $47. Plus they say their wigs and toppers are human hair and they definitely are not. My stylist did the test they are taught in cosmetology school and all pieces were synthetic.
The hair is not human as they claim. Can't be colored or any other thing as it is synthetic. Therefore the information on their website is not true and is misleading.
Can't recommend any purchase from this company.
I'm very dissatisfied with their product. I should have known better than to order something from China because it's almost impossible to return things. Very poor communications.
