DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, CANOEME - ADDRESS ON WEB 12D, Block 2, Block 1, Ideal House, Fanshen Village, Xin’an Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen. Sent money and paid for a wooden activity house, $35.95. Received confirmation telling me had been delivered. NEVER received. Sent emails to ask where it is. No reply, ignore all my emails. Clearly a SCAM!
I ordered the cat tree and paid $54 AUD and after waiting 8 weeks (30 day return policy) I received a tiny package with a piece of green plastic, labelled resistance band. I contacted them and they advised that this sometimes happens and they going to install cctv. They offered to resend item, I said I wanted a refund as I was not waiting another 2 months for a piece of plastic. Now heard nothing. What a total scam and a fraud. You see I saved up to buy this as I liked the design and now an very upset and disappointed.
I am still waiting for my item,not heard anything.
