I ordered from them. The company is based in UK however I was shipped items straight from China. At first the over charged, charged a foreign transaction fee as well. Then it took approximately 28 days to get my package. Package was indeed shipped straight from China. The clothing is cheap, strings hanging off of it. I emailed them for return and they said “we verified you got the correct items”. They are clearly a drop shipper and I was trying to avoid receiving China made items. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I order a dress from them and I don’t know what to do with them, they easily took my money from my checking account but have not yet sent me an email stating that when my order will be in the mail! I want my money back! ASAP!
I could not get any acceptable response from Calendarm since I have placed an order for 2 multiple pockets handbags! It’s been almost 2 months and the only email I received from them was dated 12/3 saying that my order has arrived in their facility in Phoenix, AZ! I check the status frequently and it hasn’t changed as of today , 12/27! I want my money back! This company is a big scam!
I placed an order for a green and a black multiple pockets capacity bag back in November 3,2022. The amount of $73.88 or something already refkected on my checking account on Nov 7… no confirmation email or receipt , nothing. I gad been emailing them regarding the status of my order and took them a month to replay and told me I will get a n irder # and tracking# once it is shipped…fast forward to December 3, they sent me the order # and tracking# and in that email it says as of 12/03, it arrived in Phoenix,AZ and no more activity posted after that .. It is December 24, and no package has arrived at my doorstep yet! I was hoping to give the handbags to my mom and sister as Christmas present! I have been scammed and I have no way of contacting them other than the bogus email address and the phone # they have is actually just a fax number!
I ordered 2 products from you and find out it is a suspicious or scam site. I want my money back NOW. I ordered 2 of the bags with multiple pockets.
